In my early explorations, I tried Four Sigmatic. Creamy Shroom Coffee
INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop LiveGood Organic Mushroom Coffee
1 teaspoon of honey
⅛ - ¼ teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 cup hot water or milk (dairy or plant-based)
Optional Swaps:
Cardamom or vanilla extract in place of Cinnamon
Date Syrup, Agave or Monk Fruit instead of honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat water or milk until steaming
Add honey or sweetener to bottom of mug
Add spice(s) of choice
Add Scoop of LiveGood Mushroom Coffee
Pour hot water or milk (optional frothing)
Stir until all ingredients dissolved
Sip slowly, noticing the aroma, warmth, and taste.
