Jamie’s classes have become an integral part of my life for more than 15 years--and a central feature in my health and fitness routine. She inspired me to have fun through dancing, to immerse myself in our music, and to express myself more freely. Her classes pay attention to the whole body without the tedium of “calisthenics.” Before I know it, I’ve exercised everything from my fingers to my ears to my shoulders to my toes. And I definitely get an aerobic workout as well. 

Each class begins with a “focus”—like moving outside our comfort zone or exploring the space around our bodies. One that I really liked was allowing a “redo” in our lives. This meditative dimension focuses on the emotional side of the world we live in, whether worries or joy. I’ve been inspired, even to tears, by some of the hopeful music she selects during difficult times. Or we celebrate the changing seasons or appreciate the mystery of the moon and stars.

Jamie’s class has become a family event, too, with my Chicago daughter joining on and off over many years--along with my daughter in Boston and even my son and his wife from New York. Jamie creates a sense of community in her classroom, even via Zoom. One of my favorite aspects is the age mix of the students and making friendships through dance.” — Marsha Cassidy

Explore the weekly live online class schedule and on demand video library. Sign up for your classes daily, weekly or monthly and take a few extra’s on video in between! All in one place and that place is here. Click below to enter member dashboard. Use back arrows to return to the website.

  • Sign up for the classes in advance or in the same day, prior to the class start time

    Click on the “Sign up” button to reserve or login to classes. The box will change to “View”

    You instantly receive 3 options to join the Zoom class:

    (1) Launch Class button

    (2) Email with Join Class button

    (3) Box to copy the Zoom Link and paste it in the browser

    For class schedule to login; click on the VIEW box and click on the blue LAUNCH CLASS button

    *Option to add class reservations to a google or apple calendar

  • Click on the video to review the details, benefits and intentions of the class recordings.

    Click on the heart below the video if it is one you would like to repeat - make it a “favorite”.

  • Click on the “filter” tab in the top left corner of the video library.

    Choose length of category, duration or body area of focus to sort and locate videos quickly.

  • Review your membership from the log in options at the top of this page

    OR

    Enter from any class schedule box by clicking on the colored circle with your first initial in it at the top right hand corner.

    Drop down menu displays: account, purchases and bookings

    To stop your membership or cancel a booking look for 3 dots on the far right side of the item you want to cancel. You will see a drop down to modify or cancel.
