Join us for this holiday celebration of music, somatic movement and dance. This event is a 90 min class focused on heart-centered grace and gratitude. Learn how to embody breath and fluidity to bring ease to your mind and body and life. Co-led by Rocco Ragano, professional ballroom, ballet and wellness instructor, and Jamie Klausing, RSME/T, RMT.
