Clear your mind and embody a sense of balance any time of your busy day. Take a mini break with body breathing and simple MOVE sequences to hit the reset button and ground your energy when you need it most.

Compact MOVE Class 30 minutes

Balance the movement flow of body weight and energetic effort syncing to the music in waves of high and low. Empower MOVE classes are designed to help you strengthen your body, push past limiting beliefs and step into your personal power.

Full MOVE Class 50-60 minutes

Signature MOVE class method with additional instruction and functional movements. Assists with vitality, mobility, balance, improving bone structure/density +more. Ideal for active older adults, people recovering from injuries, physical limitations or people new to somatic movement.

Full MOVE Class 50-60 minutes

Embody our signature MOVE method through an immersive practice of reconnecting with body breathing, dance, mindful movement patterns, energy exertion and restorative somatic rest to transform your mind, body and energy centers. 

Extended MOVE Class 90 minutes

Guest practitioners share a 15-20 min introduction to their practice during our Embody MOVE class. Guest topics include; yoga, breath work, mindfulness, body work, energy work, sound healing and holistic healing. A wonderful collaboration of somatic practices!

Full MOVE Class 50-60 minutes

SOMANTRA is a specialty MOVE Class with extended somatic movement patterns choreographed to mantra style music. This class is uplifting and freeing. Designed to help you reconnect with your body and deepen the movements to assist in releasing connective tissue, muscle and/or general body tension.

Full MOVE Class 50-60 minutes

Jukebox is a specialty MOVE class intuitively guided and designed to promote mindfulness and increase awareness in your daily environment. Everybody is invited to choose a song, whether it’s a favorite, a recently heard, one that pops into your mind today or from a previous MOVE class. Co-creating our class playlist in the moment inspires creativity, mindfulness, spontaneity and fun!

Somatic Meditation 30 minutes

Somatic meditation during lunar energy is a good way to unwind after a hectic day. A great addition to your movement practice to increase relaxation and stress relief. Meditation promotes a calm mind, improves sleep pattern, improves digestion, lower blood pressure, boosts self-confidence, reduces symptoms of depression, improves concentration, strengthens connection with your body signals.
